We would like to introduce a case where we implemented an "NC sash processing machine" that utilizes the manufacturing subsidy, enabling long-length product processing and effectively increasing the production line by two lines through work and processing programming at two locations. The introduction was prompted by a loss of order opportunities due to labor shortages and the limitations of existing equipment. As a result of the implementation, processing time was reduced to less than half, and the accuracy of the processed products improved.
