Harness, coaxial processing technology

Processing technology for AWG 52, thinner than a hair! It does not damage shields or internal conductors!

"Harness and Coaxial Processing Technology" is a processing technology that achieves machining without damaging shields or internal conductors by utilizing lasers. By combining two types of laser irradiation machines, coaxial processing is possible through a two-stage machining process. Additionally, using 2-axis and 4-axis laser irradiation allows for stable processing that maintains transmission characteristics tailored to the product. Moreover, wire stripping can be performed using lasers without making contact with the conductor. [Features] ■ Compatible with fine coaxial connectors from various manufacturers ■ Processing technology for a minimum of AWG 52 *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Corrosion-resistant and rust-proof coating suitable for stainless steel pipes.

Introducing a coating that excels in rust prevention and corrosion resistance for stainless steel pipes.

**Coating for Improved Rust and Corrosion Resistance** Stainless steel is inherently a material with excellent corrosion resistance, but if you want to further enhance its rust and corrosion resistance, it is necessary to apply a coating. Generally, coatings are applied using paints such as epoxy resin or polyurethane. These paints are known for their durability and weather resistance, providing high rust prevention effectiveness even in environments with corrosive gases or saltwater. For use in even harsher environments, it is also possible to coat with highly corrosion-resistant fluoropolymer resins. For example, resins like PFA and PTFE excel in chemical resistance and can be used in environments with strong acids or strong alkalis. If you are considering improving the corrosion resistance of stainless steel pipes used in harsh environments, we recommend fluoropolymer coating. *For more details on fluoropolymer coatings, please refer to the materials or feel free to contact us.*

Technical Information: Nanotechnology

We are working on the practical application of nanotechnology through joint research between industry, academia, and government.

Harima Science Park City is a cutting-edge technology hub that houses the world's largest synchrotron radiation facility, SPring-8. The Newsbar (Advanced Industrial Science and Technology Research Institute) within the facility is a research facility that utilizes the electron beams supplied by SPring-8 for industrial applications. Fuji Pretium participates in research projects at this Newsbar and collaborates with the University of Hyogo to develop synchrotron radiation application technologies. We are advancing ultra-fine processing technologies using synchrotron radiation. This technology allows for the construction of three-dimensional structures at the nano (one billionth of a meter) level, enabling fine processing that was previously considered impossible. For more details, please contact us.

Precision machining technology "Pitch processing using SuperMM"

Omitting other processes to reduce costs! High-precision machining data for precision machine wire processing.

At Seibu Electric, we have achieved processing precision that can accommodate ultra-precision molds through pitch processing using SuperMM. To prove that high-precision processing through wire cutting can shorten other processes, we created a clearance of 1μm to 2μm in diameter between the pin gauge and the processed hole. By inverting the upper plate A, which is stacked in two layers, and inserting the pin gauge, we demonstrated that the distances and positions of each shape are uniform. Furthermore, by rotating the upper plate A, which is stacked in two layers, by 180 degrees and inserting the pin gauge, we proved that each shape is vertical. Our wire electric discharge machining machine is equipped with one of the world's top-class automatic wire threading devices, ensuring reliability even for processes with a high number of wire threading, such as progressive plate processing. 【Pitch Processing Precision】 ○ Pitch error: less than 2μm ○ Upper-lower difference: less than 1μm For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Electron beam processing technology

High melting point materials and high reflectivity materials can also be joined between different metals. We achieve low heat impact and high-quality welding!

Electron beam welding is based on the premise that it is conducted in a vacuum. 【What is an electron beam?】 The heat electrons generated from a filament heated in a vacuum are accelerated by applying voltage between the cathode and anode, forming a flow of electrons that becomes a beam. 【What is electron beam welding?】 When this beam is deflected and focused onto the welding area using coils or lenses, the kinetic energy is converted into thermal energy at high speed, and this heat melts the material, resulting in welding. 【Features】 - Joining of difficult-to-weld materials: It is possible to join high-reflectivity materials like copper, high-melting-point materials like tungsten, and also dissimilar metals. - Low thermal impact: The penetration is deep with minimal thermal distortion, eliminating the need for distortion correction after welding. - High quality: Due to processing in a vacuum, it prevents gas entrapment and surface oxidation, resulting in fewer defects such as blowholes. Electron beam processing has a high energy density and can instantaneously provide a large amount of heat to the material, making it suitable for welding applications on difficult-to-process materials in fields such as nuclear and aerospace. Additionally, its good energy stability and minimal distortion due to thermal effects have led to its widespread use in the automotive industry. Please feel free to contact us.

Processing technology "Under Shock"

Under shapes and reverse slopes of 20° are also possible! Under shapes can be achieved even in areas where vacuum forming is difficult.

We would like to introduce "Undershock," handled by Tokyo Proto Co., Ltd. It is possible to create an under shape not only on the outer perimeter of industrial shipping trays but also in areas such as the center, which are difficult to achieve with conventional vacuum forming. It achieves approximately 70-80% of the weight of a typical soft tray (vacuum-formed product) while maintaining similar stacking strength. (Compared to our products) 【Features】 ■ Perfect undercut structure with vacuum forming ■ Stacking in the same direction reduces processes ■ Thinning of sheet (material) thickness reduces material costs ■ Applicable to a variety of vacuum-formed products ■ No significant increase in mold costs *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
