Processing Technology: "Precision Rolling Foil and Plate Processing"

Heat treatment is applied to soften the material, and then rolling is repeated again.

This technology is a precision rolling process that improves strength and creates a good surface by applying cold rolling, which our company specializes in, to materials that have been softened through heat treatment. Various metals undergo heat treatments such as annealing, solution treatment, and aging treatment in-house during the rolling process as needed. Additionally, our staff, who inherit the technology cultivated over many years in titanium foil spacers, produces materials with a thickness accuracy of ±2% or less.
