We are capable of injection molding and mold design and manufacturing for all thermoplastic plastics as well as thermosetting composite materials (BMC). Particularly in the molding of transparent resins, where quality control such as contamination is strict, our company, which started its business with acrylic transparent molding, has a wealth of experience in home appliances, displays, and automotive applications. The light guide plate, a key component of LCD backlights, is designed optically and is used in LCD screens for mobile phones, game consoles, car navigation systems, PC monitors, TVs, and vehicle meters. In recent years, it has also been adopted as a lighting material that can be used for illumination effects. We have production bases overseas and can respond in China, Malaysia, and Indonesia. In mold processing, we possess ultra-precision processing technology at the sub-micron order, enabling a wide range of high-precision processing, including continuous prisms, aspheric processing, and Fresnel lenses. Additionally, leveraging our optical design technology, we handle everything from light guide pattern design and structural design for backlights and lighting to component design, and we are also engaged in the development of optical module products.
