Founded in 1916. We have been engaged in manufacturing for 100 years. - We can handle a wide range of machining projects, including cutting, turning, and grinding of various metals such as iron, stainless steel, and aluminum. - We specialize in complex machining of spindles, various rolls, flanges, and more. - With an in-house grinding process, we meet grinding needs for cylindrical, internal, and flat surfaces with precision in the micrometer range. - Our machine tools include vertical, horizontal, and gantry types, as well as simultaneous 5-axis control machines, allowing us to produce complex shapes. - We offer a one-stop service from design to material procurement and assembly for industrial machinery. - While we are not adept at handling large lots, we are happy to accommodate small lots, even for single items. - For certain projects, we also accept prototype work before order confirmation. We also accept inquiries regarding sheet metal and plastic parts. Additionally, we can deliver complete sets of parts for units and equipment.
