We have been engaged in manufacturing for 100 years. - We can handle a wide range of machining projects, including cutting, turning, and grinding of various metals such as iron, stainless steel, and aluminum. - We specialize in complex machining of spindles, various rolls, flanges, and more. - With an in-house grinding process, we meet grinding needs for cylindrical, internal, and flat surfaces with precision in the micrometer range. - Our machine tools include vertical, horizontal, and gantry types, as well as simultaneous 5-axis control machines, allowing us to produce complex shapes. - We offer a one-stop service from design to material procurement and assembly for industrial machinery. - While we are not adept at handling large lots, we are happy to accommodate small lots, even for single items. - For certain projects, we also accept prototype work before order confirmation.
