Unblocking!
F polishing involves several processing steps on the surface of steel materials to create micron-level irregularities, allowing for polishing tailored to the characteristics of the powder. Therefore, the polishing condition varies depending on the properties of the powder (particle size distribution, particle shape, bulk density, moisture content). The effects of F polishing significantly improve the release properties and sliding performance on the steel surface, greatly contributing to the prevention of blockages and bridging in hoppers, chutes, and preventing adhesion.

basic information
This technology is not a product. Its main purpose is to be applied to existing hoppers and chutes that are experiencing blockages. However, it is a condition that they can be sent to our company and that they are larger than a certain size. Additionally, the processing method varies depending on the powder, so a sample test (for a fee) is required in advance.
Price information
The price varies depending on the shape and area of the processed surface, so please feel free to contact us.
Delivery Time
※The delivery time may vary depending on the shape and area of the processed surface, so please feel free to contact us.
Applications/Examples of results
1) Prevention of powder adhesion and blockage (bridging) inside the hopper shoot 2) Prevention of spillage in the metering feeder 3) Utilization for iron removal equipment (prevention of blockage and accumulation)
