We are pleased to announce that Fujiseiko Co., Ltd. will be exhibiting at the "Monozukuri Partner Forum Tokyo 2019," which will be held from November 7 (Thursday) to November 8 (Friday), 2019. 【Technical Presentation】 Establishment of "Zero" Air Leak High Adhesion Metal-Resin Insert Molding Technology We have conducted research and development on technology to improve the adhesion between metal and resin, which is the biggest challenge in insert molding. This aims to enhance terminal sealing performance and to be utilized in products that require waterproofing and airtightness. By repeatedly conducting tests under harsh conditions, we have been able to increase the potential for practical application of the product. We are pleased to announce that Fujiseiko Co., Ltd. will be exhibiting at the "Monozukuri Partner Forum Osaka 2019," which will be held on Wednesday, September 4, 2019. We will showcase composite processed products incorporating dissimilar metals and coatings, as well as samples of connection cuts between terminals without holes. In addition, we will display samples demonstrating "improved adhesion between metal and resin" through double molding processing, and we will also distribute technical materials. We propose integration through composite molding utilizing press technology.
