We offer contract services for parts ranging from individual components such as cans, metal processed products, sheet metal, and resin processed products to complete equipment, tailored to our customers' needs. We propose BCP response through triangle supply among our own companies in Japan, China, and ASEAN (Thailand), as well as diversification of procurement risks and cost reduction. Our technical staff stationed locally manages manufacturing and quality control, ensuring that we provide products that satisfy both cost and quality requirements. ■ Processing Details Welding, punching, bending, lathe work, milling, painting (solvent & powder), plating, heat treatment, surface finishing, equipment assembly * Color matching of paints is also possible. ■ Products We Excel In - Medium to large-sized can products and sheet metal (including welding and painting) - High-precision metal processed products using composite machines - Metal processed products that include many processing steps such as hardening, welding, plating, and painting - Resin processed products using materials from Japan and overseas ■ Other - We import goods from overseas approximately twice a month using our own container service. - We have our own warehouse facilities in Japan. * For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
