Our floating oil recovery device, the "Floating Weir Type Oil Recovery Device Elimina," allows for a significant increase in oil recovery volume (speed) compared to conventional weir systems. While larger recovery pumps can enable the collection of more oil, they also result in the recovery of large amounts of water. As a result, all components such as pumps, tanks, oil-water separation devices, and generators become larger, leading to increased space requirements and costs. The "Floating Weir Type Oil Recovery Device Elimina" incorporates the aforementioned oil-water separation function and divides the functions of large pumps into small horsepower drainage wings (requiring only a few dozen watts for 50 m³/h) and small oil pumps, enabling the entire system to be compact. This allows us to provide a space-saving solution at a reduced cost. [Case Study] Ammonia Recovery in the Refrigeration Industry

No industrial waste is generated through incineration or recycling processes at plants! A case study proposing environmentally friendly methods.

Customers in the refrigeration industry expressed a desire to have "a contractor with specialized knowledge handle everything from collection to processing" and indicated that "if there is a method that does not generate industrial waste, we would like to consider it." Based on the amount collected, we selected our dedicated collection containers to ensure efficient collection. We proposed a method that takes into account the environment by processing the collected ammonia liquid through incineration or regeneration at a plant, thus avoiding the generation of industrial waste. We safely collected the ammonia liquid using dedicated ton containers and conducted regeneration processing at the plant. The residual gas was incinerated on-site without generating industrial waste, allowing us to complete the project. [Overview] ■ Challenges - The refrigerant gas used in the existing machines is ammonia, so we would like to have a contractor with specialized knowledge handle everything from collection to processing. - We would like to consider methods that do not generate industrial waste for processing. ■ Results - We safely collected the ammonia liquid using dedicated ton containers and conducted regeneration processing at the plant. - We were able to complete the project by incinerating the residual gas on-site without generating industrial waste. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

【Service Overview】 An adsorption device that reduces low flow, high concentration exhaust gas, which continuously emerges from chemical plant process equipment, to below 100 ppm through activated carbon adsorption. 【Customer's Challenges and Background】 In a process where VOCs are continuously generated, the cost and usage of solvents were increasing. The customer was considering a method to recover VOCs generated from the production process in as high a purity state as possible for reuse. 【Solution】 We collaborated with SES to identify lines where high concentration gas was generated locally in the production process. By controlling the treatment gas flow rate and making the device more compact, we were able to install an efficient recovery device without waste. 【Results and Effects】 As a result, we were able to maintain the design outlet concentration below 100 ppm. The recovered solvent is automatically transferred when liquid accumulates, reducing operational burden and creating a system for reuse. By recovering it as a solvent, this also contributes to the reduction of exhaust gas, leading to compliance with regulations and improvement of the internal work environment.
