Release agent for nanoimprint molds, Fluorosurf NL series By applying it to molds for nanoimprinting, a fluorinated compound (perfluoropolyether) is chemically bonded to the mold surface with a layer thickness of about 10 nm, achieving strong adhesion. The main component is boron nitride, which is combined with a lubricating resin binder, allowing it to form a lubricating film that does not release boron nitride powder even at room temperature.
