Mold Surface Temperature Sensing System "Thermo Monitoring"

Easily attachable to existing molds! A system that detects heat buildup in mass production molds in real-time using wireless temperature sensors.

KMC's "Thermo Monitoring" senses the temperature of the mold surface using an infrared thermal camera during the opening of various molds such as die-cast and resin molds. It captures the temperature changes of the mold in real-time during mass production and detects heat buildup that can cause defects. The acquired data is transmitted wirelessly to a receiver and displayed in thermographic format on a computer. This allows for visual confirmation of heat buildup in the mold, and with the threshold setting function, warning notifications are also possible. By acquiring signals from equipment such as mold opening signals or spray application, it also supports automatic imaging (manual imaging is also supported). Its ease of use from the day of installation is a key feature. **Features of Thermo Monitoring:** - Displays temperature at specified points - Average and maximum temperatures within a specified range can be displayed - Threshold monitoring is possible by specifying a range - Measurement data can be saved in CSV format - Imaging can be triggered by mold opening or output from the equipment - Two types of thermograph display patterns can be selected - Up to 8 devices (16 cameras) can be monitored simultaneously - Air purge function is standard *Please be sure to check the flyer from "PDF Download"!
