We confirm not only the inner diameter contour but also the positional relationship with the outer diameter and reference holes, the phase in the circumferential direction, and the angular positions of multiple grooves. For parts with tooth profiles, we create processing data based on specifications such as the number of teeth, pitch, pressure angle, and major and minor diameters.
For thin-walled rings, we consider deformation due to fixation and changes in rigidity due to notches, and we examine the minimum wall thickness and holding methods. For parts after quenching, we check the feasibility of processing based on material, hardness, and shape.
