Introducing ceramics for high-purity setters.

V grooves, flat shapes, and other shapes are also available. This is an introduction to ceramic setters. They can be used even in firing processes that dislike impurities.

Setter faces various challenges, such as high-temperature environments and reactions with the workpieces during the firing process. Under these harsh conditions, ceramic setters are widely used. The setter is made from high-purity alumina, designed as a porous material with a pore diameter of 10 microns. It can withstand temperatures up to 1600°C, making it suitable for ceramic firing. Portable electronic control air-type nut runner "Visible tightening torque!"

This is an air-powered torque control nut runner that allows for high-precision tightening torque management (with a tightening accuracy of ±5%). Its main features include: 1.
