There was a challenge to reduce the heat loss from the hot water tank (1.7m³) and achieve energy savings. To address this, a heat-insulating sheet (SP-FN) was applied to the outer iron skin of the hot water tank. The temperature drop was reduced by one-third, and the amount of steam required for heating was cut by 60%. Additionally, we received feedback from the customer stating, "Since the energy-saving effect of the heat-insulating sheet has been proven, we would like to expand it to other facilities. We are also starting to consider its application to the building roof."
