We received a request from a customer stating, "The window of the sheet shutter has deteriorated over time and is dirty, making it difficult to see through, which is not good for safety. However, due to budget constraints, we cannot completely replace the sheet shutter and would like to only replace the sheets."
Therefore, we decided to utilize the existing body and frame and only replace the sheets.
Measuring and creating each sheet took time, but due to high traffic, it was difficult to work during operation. After consulting with the customer, we managed to split the work into the lunchtime break when the factory was stopped.
