Y-shaped strainer

Introduction of cap type and flange type Y-shaped strainers!

The Y-shaped strainer allows for the extraction of a cylindrical element angled downward by opening the cover. It is suitable for small to medium diameters compared to bucket types. The Y42 is a small diameter model with a flange-type cover that uses a large element for low pressure loss. A drain shape can be selected. The Y41 is a small diameter model with a cap-type cover designed for Y-shaped strainers for 1/2” to 1” (15A to 25A). It features a structure that maintains low pressure loss by adopting a relatively large element for the connection size. It uses a screw-in cap for the drain section. 【Features】 ■ Suitable for small to medium diameters compared to bucket types (Y1) ■ Cast small diameter compact model (Y42) ■ Smaller than Y42 (Y41)

T-shaped strainer

Models T1, T2, and T4 are installed at the corner of the plant piping (where a 90-degree elbow is typically installed) due to the type of fluid flowing in an L-shape!

The T-shaped cylindrical element is extracted laterally by opening the cover. T1 is an L-flow type. It is used where there is little sludge (contaminants) in the fluid, particularly in piping corners and L-flow sections. T2 is a straight flow type. It has a structure where the fluid flows in a straight direction, and the element shape uses a semi-circular structure (bathtub shape), etc. T4 is an L-flow type/short model. It has an L-shaped flow, making it suitable for piping corners, with the element (screen) positioned at the rear. 【Features】 ■ Low pressure loss value, suitable for coarse filtration (T2) ■ Short model with a shorter element (T4) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Bucket-shaped strainer

Due to its shape, it is easy to balance, making it suitable for large items!

The bucket-shaped strainer is primarily installed in horizontal piping. It has an element inside the main body, and by opening the upper cover, it can be removed, allowing the captured sludge (foreign matter) to be taken out directly to the outside. The B1-3 is suitable for relatively coarse filtration of 18” (450A) and above. It is designed for indoor use where there are height restrictions. The element shape is semi-circular (kamaboko shape), and it has a structure that reduces height compared to the B1 type. 【Features】 ■ Can be installed in horizontal piping ■ Suitable for large sizes due to its easily balanced shape ■ Can accommodate indoor use with height restrictions The B2 type is also primarily installed in horizontal piping, similar to the B1 type. Additionally, its shape allows for easy balancing, making it suitable for larger sizes. It is suitable for finer filtration compared to the B1 type. The main body structure is of the offset type, with the outlet centerline attached slightly lower than the inlet centerline. 【Features】 ■ Offset type ■ Suitable for fine filtration ■ Its shape allows for easy balancing, making it suitable for larger sizes

Temporary Trainer

Used during piping flushing and cleaning at the time of plant construction, and removed afterward!

It is mainly adopted for flushing purposes. It is installed between the flanges of the piping and removed after flushing. Additionally, F denotes a flat shape, C denotes a conical shape, and D denotes a shape with the tip of the cone cut off (this type has a larger filtration area compared to the C shape of the same length). 【Features】 ■ A strong and sturdy product designed for increased strength ■ Custom production using special materials is also possible
