The car air conditioning bench test device is a simulation testing apparatus for car air conditioning, designed to condition the air in the vehicle cabin based on an actual car configuration. The cooling and heating capacities are determined on the cabin side. The measurement method is based on the air enthalpy method. On the outside of the vehicle, an electric motor is used as the compressor drive source instead of an engine, controlling the ambient temperature and rotation speed of the compressor, and measuring torque. On the condenser side, a flow measurement device that can control airflow based on inlet wind speed standards is also employed. The flow measurement device consists of an air intake chamber, nozzle section, rectifier, auxiliary fan, differential pressure control, and measurement equipment.
