The unique tungsten furnace developed by SETARAM enables a compact, maintenance-free design that does not require protective gas. It allows for TGA, (TG-)DTA, (TG-)DSC, and high-precision Cp measurements at temperatures up to 1,600°C. Due to the small sample atmosphere, inert gas replacement can be performed without vacuum replacement, preventing oxidation of the sample.
