Wire thermal spraying is a process that uses a combustion flame of oxygen and a combustible gas to heat wire-shaped metal thermal spray materials, melting them or bringing them close to a molten state, and then spraying them onto a substrate to form a coating. Build-up thermal spraying is suitable for repairing worn or dimensionally deficient parts of mechanical components without compromising their functionality. Additionally, for corrosion protection thermal spraying, there are zinc and aluminum alloy thermal sprays that prevent rust from forming on the base metal, serving as anti-corrosion thermal sprays.
