Iron-based welding materials with high hardness, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and toughness!
"Nano Super Hard Alloy Material" is a welding material based on iron that combines toughness, high hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. It is composed of several components with iron as the main ingredient, mixed in a special ratio, and the welded layer contains ultra-hard composite carbides (60-70%) in a nano size of less than 0.4μ, forming a sub-micron amorphous ultra-fine structure, resulting in uniform high hardness. [Features] - Uniform high hardness, achieving a hardness of HRc68-69 even near the boundary with the base material - High hardness from the first layer of buildup - A hardened layer with long life and excellent wear resistance - Contains 60-70% composite carbides with ultra-fine structure (less than 4μ) - Buildup layer with toughness - Cracks occur in the welding bead at intervals of 15-25mm, releasing stress For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
