Bolt tightening vibrator for processing machines BLT

Introducing the BLT type vibrator for bolt tightening on processing machines.

This ultrasonic transducer is a monolithic structure with a piezoelectric element sandwiched between two metal blocks. Many of these are referred to as bolt-clamped Langevin-type transducers because they use a ring-shaped piezoelectric element secured with bolts to form a monolithic structure. It is capable of high power and high amplitude drive, and is widely used as one of the dynamic applications of ultrasound. 【Features】 ■ High mechanical Q ■ High strength and robustness ■ Easy to mount on equipment ■ High conversion efficiency and low heat generation ■ Linearity of input and output characteristics We also accommodate custom requests for frequency, capacitance, shape, etc. *Please feel free to contact us for more details.

Bimorph type oscillator ceramic bimorph

It is widely used as an acoustic sensor.

A bimorph-type vibrator is constructed by joining two piezoelectric elements that expand and contract in the length direction, resulting in a bending vibrator where one element expands while the other contracts. Conversely, when a bending force is applied, it can output an alternating electric field. Many of these devices have natural frequencies in the audible range, making them widely used as high-sensitivity acoustic sensors. Monomorph (unimorph) types are also available. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.*

Composite oscillator

Vibrator that lowers acoustic impedance

Composite transducers are structures where grooves are processed in ceramics, and resin is filled into those grooves. In conventional piezoelectric elements, when ultrasonic waves are emitted from objects with different sound speeds, such as air to water or biological tissues, the ultrasonic waves are hindered by the acoustic impedance barrier (which is the product of density and sound speed), making efficient emission difficult. Composite transducers can reduce density by decreasing the volume of the piezoelectric element, which in turn can lower the acoustic impedance. This feature is utilized in medical applications, flaw detection, sonar, and more. Our company offers three types of standard products and also accepts custom manufacturing of composite transducers.

Vibrator for nebulizer

Ultrasonic vibrations atomize the liquid into fine particles and disperse them into the air, creating a mist.

As the ultrasonic energy generated by the piezoelectric element increases, its central sound pressure becomes concentrated with a certain directionality. This power lifts the water surface and generates a water column, during which the water film at the tip of the water column is torn, releasing mist-like fine particles into the air, which is the principle of atomization by ultrasound. We offer dedicated transducers that excel in durability for high frequency and high power. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.*
