Logistics pallet cart

We propose and manufacture logistics containers that excel in workability and transportation efficiency, tailored to various uses and shapes.

We design and manufacture dedicated pallets and carts for transporting customer products using 3D CAD. We also design, produce, and assemble cushioning materials in-house, delivering the finished products to our clients. Using steel materials such as square pipes and round pipes, we carry out everything from welding assembly to painting of logistics pallets and carts in a consistent manner. We have enhanced our management system to maintain quality. Our factory's production capacity is approximately 100 to 150 units per month, but we have 15 main welding partner factories and 3 painting partner companies, allowing us to achieve a maximum capacity of 500 units per month. Regarding cushioning materials, we handle various materials, including hard resins and highly foamed resins, depending on the weight and application of the workpieces, as well as rubber-based materials.

Specialized cart for automotive interior parts

Special pallets and dedicated carts for transporting products are designed and manufactured using 3D CAD. We also design, manufacture, and assemble cushioning materials in-house, delivering the finished products to you.

We propose and manufacture logistics containers that excel in workability and transportation efficiency, tailored to the applications and shapes of automotive parts, agricultural machinery, and construction machinery parts. Our company features a manufacturing department that includes a metalworking division and a chemical products division, allowing us to consistently produce everything in-house, from the fabrication and painting of steel components involved in logistics containers to the production and assembly of cushioning materials. Regarding cushioning materials, we handle a variety of materials, including hard resins and highly foamed resins, depending on the weight and application of the workpieces, as well as rubber-based materials. In the chemical products division, we primarily focus on processing cushioning materials that belong to logistics containers, responding to our customers' needs.

Electric cart [can be used for various purposes as a robot chassis]

Unlike typical AMRs and AGVs, this robot can operate outdoors and on rough terrain! It is a robot chassis that can be adopted in a wide variety of industries and applications.

Our company plans to apply the technology of electric wheelchairs that we have cultivated over the past approximately 50 years to develop base units (electric mobility base units and electric carts) that utilize the know-how of electric wheelchairs as the mobility platform for various applications. So far, these have been used as the mobility platform for collaborative robots, transport robots, autonomous delivery robots, snow removal robots, and agricultural robots.
