A cart for collecting aluminum scraps heated to high temperatures and transporting them to the disposal site.
The blast furnace has a door for removing aluminum scraps, but the conventional carts had different heights for the door and the scrap box, resulting in poor work efficiency during disposal. This product uses a caster-equipped lifter in the legs, allowing for easy height adjustment.
Performance cart for marching bass drums
We received a request from the high school brass band club to create props for their participation in a marching band contest. The teacher in charge requested that "to enhance the appearance, all the heights of the bass drums should be aligned (from 14 to 24 inches), and a cart should be made that allows students to easily push and move it during performances." Although there were no blueprints or physical models, only an image, we held close discussions with the teacher and students to handle the design, prototype production, and final production.
A cart designed for transporting finished rolls of paper as a product.
The frame is made of iron, but the pipes for the middle and lower sections that hold the roll paper are made of stainless steel to prevent foreign material adhesion. The pipes are designed with a slight slope to prevent damage caused by the wobbling and falling of the roll paper during movement. It features a foot stopper that can be easily secured with one foot.

To make it easier for one person to move, we increased the number of casters (14) and adopted a foot stopper for easy securing with the foot. This product was requested for new production due to the severe deterioration of the work cart that is usually used, but there were no drawings left. We visited the site, took measurements of the actual item, listened to the concerns of the person in charge, and reflected that in the design for production.
