The corrosion-resistant alloy vessel ZV series is a high-pressure decomposition reaction container suitable for use in zeolite synthesis, hydrothermal synthesis, research and development of nanomaterials and functional materials, and subcritical water applications. It can be used for tests at a design temperature of 300°C and up to 8.59 MPa. The standard capacities are available in four types: 25ml, 50ml, 75ml, and 100ml. Reactions within the corrosion-resistant alloy inner vessel allow for the use of a wide range of fluids from acidic to alkaline solutions with optimal material selection. The vessel material can be made from PEEK or PTFE, and most parts other than the inner container are nearly interchangeable. It is compact and easy to handle, suitable for numerous comparative tests of small volumes using oven heating or oil baths. ■ Inner container materials: PTFE, PEEK, stainless steel (SUS304, SUS316, SUS316L, SUS304L, SUS310S, SUS329J4L, S32750, S31254), titanium, Hastelloy (HC276, HC-22, HB-2), Alloy59, MAT21, Inconel (Inconel 600, Inconel 625), Incoloy (Incoloy 825), nickel (Ni201), Monel (M400), Carpenter (C20Cb3), zirconium (Zr702).

Supercritical Water Compatible Simple Vessel "SCW-SV Series"

The SCW-SV simple vessel for supercritical water applications can be used for basic experiments under high temperature and high pressure, as well as harsh conditions, and is designed with a particular emphasis on initial installation costs and economic efficiency. With a simple structure, it can be used for supercritical water, supercritical alcohol, batch-type supercritical CO2, and basic experiments for the synthesis of nanomaterials and functional materials. Experiments with supercritical fluids can be easily conducted under conditions of a design temperature of 575°C and a design pressure of 50 MPa, depending on fluid conditions. The standard capacities are available in five sizes: 10ml, 20ml, 30ml, 50ml, and 80ml. The vessel material is a Hastelloy C-22 equivalent alloy of Ni-Cr-Mo, suitable for a wide range of fluids from acids to alkaline solutions. By using an accessory quartz glass tube, the corrosion resistance to acidic fluids can be improved. Changes in vessel material can be considered with Inconel 625 equivalent materials or Alloy 59, which balance corrosion resistance to supercritical water and high-temperature strength. Its lightweight, compact, and simple structure makes it easy to handle. It can accommodate numerous comparative tests with small quantities using oven heating, oil baths, electric furnaces, etc.

The PEEK Vessel PV series is a high-pressure decomposition reaction container made of PEEK, suitable for zeolite synthesis, hydrothermal synthesis, research and development of nanomaterials and functional materials, and subcritical water applications. The container has a heat resistance limit of 250°C and can be used for tests up to 7.83 MPa. It is available in four standard capacities: 25ml, 50ml, 75ml, and 100ml. The reactions within the PEEK inner vessel are particularly suitable for fluids such as alkaline solutions and hot steam. The vessel material can also be made from PTFE or corrosion-resistant alloys, and components other than the inner container are interchangeable. It is lightweight and compact, making it easy to handle.
