The PEEK Vessel PV series is a high-pressure decomposition reaction container made of PEEK, suitable for zeolite synthesis, hydrothermal synthesis, research and development of nanomaterials and functional materials, and subcritical water applications. The container has a heat resistance limit of 250°C and can be used for tests up to 7.83 MPa. It is available in four standard capacities: 25ml, 50ml, 75ml, and 100ml. The reactions within the PEEK inner vessel are particularly suitable for fluids such as alkaline solutions and hot steam. The vessel material can also be made from PTFE or corrosion-resistant alloys, and components other than the inner container are interchangeable. It is lightweight and compact, making it easy to handle. It can be used for numerous comparative tests with small quantities in oven heating or oil baths, etc. ■ Inner container materials: PEEK, PTFE, stainless steel (SUS304, SUS316, SUS316L, SUS304L, SUS310S, SUS329J4L, S32750, S31254), titanium, Hastelloy (HC276, HC-22, HB-2), Alloy59, MAT21, Inconel (Inconel 600, Inconel 625), Incoloy (Incoloy 825), nickel (Ni201), Monel (M400), Carpenter (C20Cb3), zirconium (Zr702).
