The "CD Method Stud Welding System" can instantly weld metal studs of various materials to the same or different base metals, allowing for the creation of external and internal threads.
Welding is completed in 3/1000 to 6/1000 seconds, resulting in minimal thermal impact on the base material, making it possible to weld even on the backside of thin base materials or those finished with paint or plating.
By setting the welding gun according to the stud material and simply pulling the trigger, welding can be performed without any qualifications or experience.
