Colson alloy
The thermal conductivity is about 6 to 7 times that of iron! It allows for efficient heating and cooling, enabling an increase in production speed.
We would like to introduce the "Corson Alloy" that we handle. It is a copper alloy with nickel (Ni) and silicon (Si) as the main secondary components. It features high strength, high thermal conductivity, and high electrical conductivity. Additionally, it can be annealed (a change in properties due to heat) at higher temperatures than phosphor bronze, which means it retains its mechanical properties even at high temperatures (around 700°C). 【Features】 ■ High strength ■ High thermal conductivity ■ High electrical conductivity *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
