Wear-resistant copper alloy "FH-20"

Wear-resistant copper alloy that fully meets the usage conditions of harsh wear environments.

"FH-20" is our original wear-resistant copper alloy that enhances wear resistance by adding silicon to a high-strength brass alloy. Compared to wear-resistant copper alloys such as lead bronze, aluminum bronze, and high-strength brass, it excels in wear resistance and seizure resistance. Additionally, it features the characteristic of not wearing down the counterpart steel, making it less likely to seize even when lubrication is insufficient, thus preventing damage to the counterpart steel. High-strength copper alloy 'FH-5'

A high-strength copper alloy that combines high strength and high toughness, with excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

"FH-5" is our original high-strength copper alloy that is far superior to JIS standard CAC303 (HBsC3) and ASTM-B147-8C SAE430B. It has excellent wear resistance that does not cause wear on the counterpart material even in cases of insufficient lubrication. It can be used for applications such as drawing male threads, slippers, liners, and wear plates for bridges, where high tensile strength, high compressive strength, and high wear resistance are required. 【Chemical Composition】 ■Cu: 60.0–68.0 ■Zn: remainder ■Mn: 3.0–5.0 ■Al: 3.0–7.5 ■Fe: 2.5–4.5 ■Sn: <0.25 ■Others: <0.25 *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
