Provides a simple interface to differential output required by high-precision ADCs from single-ended sources. It offers excellent DC accuracy, low noise, and ultra-low harmonic distortion, making it ideal for data acquisition systems that demand the best signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR), and high precision through the combination of amplifiers and ADCs. It supplies the necessary negative rail input when interfacing from a DC-coupled ground midpoint source signal to a single-supply differential input ADC. Ultra-low DC error and drift terms support 16-bit to 20-bit successive approximation register (SAR) input requirements. The TLV9062 is a low-voltage (1.8V to 5.5V) operational amplifier with rail-to-rail input and output, making it ideal for low-cost devices. The INA302 is a high common-mode bidirectional current sense amplifier equipped with two high-speed comparators, capable of detecting out-of-range current conditions. It detects and responds to overcurrent conditions. Regardless of the supply voltage, it can measure differential voltage signals with a common-mode voltage ranging from -0.1V to 36V. The open-drain alert output can be configured to operate in transparent mode (where the output status follows the input state) or latch mode (where the alert output is cleared when the latch is reset). The alert response time for comparator 1 is less than 1µs, while the alert response for comparator 2 can be set in the range of 2µs to 10s using an external capacitor.
