This is a product from our Low Noise Amplifier series.
With an input equivalent noise voltage of 5nV/(Hz^0.5) (@1kHz) and low noise characteristics, it is useful for amplifying and analyzing small signals. The gain can be selected via DIP switches at 0/10/20/30/40/50/60dB.
We offer the IMP240 with differential (balanced) input and the IMP241 with unbalanced input. The IMP240 is compatible with HR10A metal connectors suitable for twisted pair shielded cables, which helps reduce the influence of common mode noise. The IMP241 features an easy-to-use BNC connector.
It comes standard with a high-pass filter (HPF) at 100Hz and a low-pass filter (LPF) at 100kHz, allowing for the suppression of unwanted low-frequency and high-frequency noise. If you wish to change the cutoff frequencies of the HPF/LPF, please contact us.
It is compact, lightweight, and highly portable.
