Broadband Sleeve Antenna (Model: NKU07M32G)

This is the only test for proximity irradiation immunity!

The wideband sleeve antenna is an antenna developed to efficiently conduct electromagnetic wave immunity evaluation tests (high-frequency contact and near-field electromagnetic field immunity tests) emitted from wireless devices such as mobile phones. In conventional strong electromagnetic field immunity tests in the near field, it was necessary to replace antennas according to individual frequencies, which required significant effort and time. However, by using this wideband sleeve antenna, antenna replacement is no longer necessary, significantly reducing test time. 【Features】 ○ Due to its wide frequency characteristics, tests can be conducted without replacing the antenna. ○ It has a power handling capacity of 30W, allowing for strong electromagnetic field testing. [Video] The Effects of Metal Proximity in HF Band RFID and Their Countermeasures

"Basic Knowledge of HF Band RFID" explains the effects of proximity to metal and countermeasures in an easy-to-understand manner in a YouTube video.

When a reader/writer (antenna) comes close to metal, communication performance (distance, area) may decrease. This is especially true when there is metal behind the antenna, as it is most affected by the metal. Therefore, we have created a video that explains the impact of metal proximity on the antenna and the countermeasures, and we are now releasing it.

What is antenna mutual interference in HF band RFID?

"Basic Knowledge of HF Band RFID" explains the effects of antenna interference in an easy-to-understand manner in a YouTube video.

When multiple antennas are installed in close proximity and operated simultaneously, the magnetic field radiated from another antenna can interfere with communication with RF tags, leading to a decrease in communication performance. This phenomenon is referred to as mutual interference of antennas. We have created a video explaining the effects of mutual interference of antennas, and we will be releasing it.

[Case Study 006] Utilizing insert molding technology for built-in antennas.

"From wire to board" - everything started with a shift in perspective.

We will introduce a development case of Advanex's "insert molding" for built-in antennas. Back in 2001, mobile phone antennas were pop-up types, but the idea emerged that by integrating the antenna, it would be possible to make the device smaller and improve its design. This led to the concept of housing the antenna inside the mobile phone casing to function as an antenna. The insert molding technician at Advanex proposed a pressing method that utilizes a spiral shape advantageous for reception. Ultimately, the insert molding technology was successfully applied for built-in antennas, leading to practical implementation. [Case Study] ■ Challenge: Develop a built-in antenna that is as small as possible and has high reception capability ■ Industry: Antenna manufacturer ■ Technology/Method: Insert molding ■ Delivery Time: 6 months after development request ■ Final Product: Built-in antenna for mobile phones *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
