2-component system welding argon "Elnax"
This is welding argon that solves problems such as "it takes time to remove spatter," "there is a high usage of wire," and "the operating rate of the welding robot is low."
"ELNACKS" is a two-component argon for welding that contains an appropriate amount of oxygen. Its manufacturing process involves directly extracting ELNACKS from our air separation plant using our unique technology, rather than mixing oxygen with argon gas. This results in not only a homogeneous and stable quality but also economic advantages, earning high praise in the welding industry. Welding with ELNACKS significantly reduces spatter compared to carbon dioxide welding. ELNACKS (Ar + 3.5% O2), which does not contain carbon, suppresses the formation of chromium carbide in the welding of ferritic stainless steel, thereby improving resistance to intergranular corrosion. It is also effective in suppressing pit formation in the welding of galvanized steel sheets with alloyed molten zinc (GA). For customers who use ELNACKS in large quantities, we deliver it via dedicated tankers. For customers using cylinders or portable low-temperature containers (LGC), we supply it from the nearest ELNACKS handling filling station.
