The innermost layer that comes into contact with the contents is made from "completely additive-free raw materials" that have a proven track record with "ASO clean poly bags" over many years. Additionally, no adhesives are used to bond the films together, ensuring safe usage. Delivery is available by the box, and each case is sealed with a very small quantity of 30 to 50 bags, making it easy to carry small amounts and allowing you to open and use them as needed.
ASO SR Bag (High Gas Barrier Organic Solvent Resistant Bag)
This is an inner bag specifically designed for contents containing aromatic organic solvents such as toluene, xylene, styrene, and ethyl acetate, which could not be used with conventional polyethylene, laminated bags, etc., due to issues like "permeation," "swelling," leakage from the heat seal area, "bleeding" of contents on the film surface, and "tearing" of the bag.
Jade seal inner bag
The inner bag is made by folding a plastic bag in an accordion shape and thermally welding the bottom part to create a spherical shape, making it easy to set regardless of the container's shape or size. Since the sealing part is thermally welded, it is also possible to fill contents that are permeable. As a main application, it is widely used as an inner bag for drums by ink manufacturers, adhesive manufacturers, and others. Production of 1P type and 2P type is also possible. We have two standard stock items available for 200L drums.
