It is a black opaque PE film that exhibits excellent conductivity independent of humidity by blending carbon black into polyethylene (PE) raw material.

Due to its characteristic of instantly dissipating voltage charged like an earth ground, it can be used not only for packaging of LCD-related products and electronic components but also as a simple grounding component. Difference between static electricity prevention and conductivity Generally, static electricity prevention and conductivity are distinguished by differences in resistance values. The resistance value of static electricity prevention film is set to 10^13 ohms or less for HL-M and 10^11 ohms or less for HL-SSS, whereas the resistance value of conductive film HL-B is set to 10^4 ohms or less, indicating a lower resistance. Therefore, it can instantly release electricity like an earth ground and prevent voltage buildup. When voltage is applied to the film, electrical energy is generated, which can damage semiconductors. Our conductive film HL-B is a type that contains carbon black and is opaque black.

It is a static electricity dissipative type of polyethylene (PE) film with excellent electrostatic dissipation properties.

The film (resin) itself has an anti-static effect, making it almost independent of humidity and capable of maintaining a stable surface resistance value for a long time. Since it is a non-contaminating film without added surfactants or slip agents, there is no stickiness or migration to products due to bleeding, and there are no concerns about ink transfer or blocking. Our HL series is based on metallocene linear low-density polyethylene rather than conventional polyethylene, excelling in tensile strength, elongation, puncture strength, and seal strength. It is primarily used as packaging material during the transportation of precision electrical components, aimed at reducing electrostatic damage (breakage or malfunction).

Static electricity prevention film/bag HL-M

This is a transparent film with excellent static electricity diffusion properties, featuring a surfactant additive type.

The antistatic agent incorporated into the film reacts with moisture, causing it to surface (bleed out) and form a conductive layer that dissipates static electricity from the film's surface.
