During the bag-making process, we sometimes add crease lines to the sealing area, and this time we would like to introduce bags with crease lines. We received a request from a customer stating, "I want to make sure the sealing area is folded neatly when folding it twice." Typically, the sealing area is folded once (Photo A). However, there are cases where the sealing area is folded twice, as per the customer's request (Photo B). Without crease lines, there are several issues: - Different people may fold at varying positions. - It can be difficult to fold straight, resulting in a diagonal fold. - It takes time to fold. - It may not align well with the glue position. With crease lines, the folding position is determined, making it easier to fold, and ensuring that the glue position aligns perfectly when folded a second time. This also helps reduce the effort and time required for the task, leading to improved work efficiency. We will introduce examples of bags with tape on the header, which are different from ordinary header bags.♪

The header bags we are introducing this time are a bit different from the usual ones, designed to meet customer requests. The customer expressed a desire to "insert an original backing sheet printed after bagging, rather than placing a core in the header during the bag-making process." Typically, a white or transparent header core is inserted to complete the header during the bag-making process (see Photo 1). However, this time, instead of using a standard header core, we created a flap that allows the original backing sheet to be inserted during the product packing process, and secured it with tape, resulting in a bag that can accommodate the backing sheet (see Photo 2). Photo 3 shows the bag after the backing sheet has been inserted. With the tape in place, there is no worry about the backing sheet falling out. Since this is a post-bagging operation, you can insert any type of backing sheet you prefer. Additionally, we made sure to discuss the backing sheet size and other details in advance to ensure there were no discrepancies in size or hole placement. The customer was very pleased with the result.
