The dummy balls for plating are products used in the plating process of the electrode parts of SMD-type electronic components such as multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs). By being placed together with the products to be plated during barrel plating, they allow the electricity flowing from the lead wires inside the barrel to be distributed throughout the interior, enabling uniform plating on the products and improving quality. In response to the trend of miniaturization of products, we can accommodate sizes down to 0.3mm. With minimal irregular shapes, they are used in the plating processes of major Japanese electronic component manufacturers. 【Features】 - The material is mainly carbon steel, but stainless steel is also available. - Through multiple sorting processes, the rate of irregular shapes is extremely low, resulting in high precision and high-quality products.
