We produce primary silica (First Silica) using our self-developed rice husk silica generator "Ethical Star," installed at partner locations in rice-producing regions across the country. This primary silica is then further processed in our factory's rotary kiln with precise temperature control to create high-purity, high-quality secondary silica (Ethical Silica). In our factory's quality control room, we conduct measurements and inspections of the produced goods. Since our company's founding, we have been committed to creating safe and reliable products. Recently, we have been featured on the Bplatz website, a small business support site operated by the Osaka Industrial Bureau, located in Chuo Ward, Osaka City. We have developed and sold various products, including industrial cleaning agents and stripping agents, as well as the Ethical Star, a machine that effectively utilizes rice husks to produce silica. Recently, there has been growing interest in our ECO initiatives and our company's ETHICAL policies. We have also received orders from various machinery and tool-related companies. We plan to continue developing products that contribute to society.

With the rainy season approaching, I believe that many facilities are struggling with the proliferation of weeds. The railway facilities in Shikoku are no exception, and this time I would like to introduce the process of applying soil improvement materials for weed prevention. The site is located within a maintenance section, and this time we decided to implement the method of either removing a certain amount of standard grass before construction or conducting the work with most of the weeds still present, allowing us to observe the differences over time.
