By combining it with sand regeneration equipment that has high crush resistance, heat resistance, and binder removal capability, it is possible to operate with an extremely low supply of new sand. The regenerated product can be reused not only as backing sand but also as core sand and skin sand, which typically require special sand, thereby reducing the hassle of using multiple types of sand as before. Additionally, by not using silica sand, a significant reduction in crystalline silica dust and an improvement in casting quality can be expected.
