At Takimoto Giken Kogyo, we manufacture "screw bolts" using PEEKCF30 (carbon fiber reinforced PEEK) made by Ensinger.
Since we have a 4-axis machining center, we can also handle processing in-house. Additionally, screws for industrial machinery related to the automotive sector can experience tolerances, warping, and distortion, so we pay careful attention to processing from the cutting of the material.
【About Our Processing】
■ NC Lathe Complex Processing (Okuma)
For machining such as indexing and screws, we use a method that does not require clamps or positioning jigs on our 4-axis machining center.
■ Material
PEEK is one of the super engineering plastics and is often used as a substitute when the material currently in use does not meet satisfaction. It is mainly known for its high heat resistance and chemical resistance, and due to its high functionality, the price is also considerably high. For special grades, the price increases even further.
■ Support
We can accommodate mass production. We are capable of handling items with large production numbers and can shift to a mass production system. Additionally, even if something is needed immediately after a holiday, we strive to meet requests by utilizing Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays with a shift rotation system.
