The request was to install a painting booth as they were building a new painting factory. Additionally, they expressed a desire for an electrically operated ceiling that could open and close. The electric ceiling opening and closing mechanism was made using a crane saddle. To our customers who wish to install a new painting booth due to factory relocation, we would like to introduce a case study of a painting booth constructed in accordance with the manufacturing process flow. The existing painting booth was a modified shed and was not compliant with regulations. We discussed the layout and structure with the customer and manufactured an original booth. A trolley rail was installed at the front of the painting booth. Introducing a case where a simple ceiling and lighting were newly installed! The work environment has dramatically improved.

To customers who want to transform an existing warehouse into a painting factory for large special vehicles, we would like to introduce a case study of the "Existing Warehouse Renovation Painting Booth." Currently, there was only a ventilation fan, which was not compliant with regulations. We proposed a method called "push-pull type ventilation system without a blower," which allows for a uniform flow of air (a steady flow of air with constant speed and direction) within the painting area. To achieve a uniform airflow, the existing ceiling was too high, so we installed a new simple ceiling and lighting. After discussing the size of the products and the work area, we proposed two accordion tent-type painting booths measuring W12m×H5m×L13m. Given the size, manual extension and retraction would be difficult, so we suggested an electric extension system. The customer requested a new booth because the existing one was in poor condition. They wanted to keep costs down, so they planned to assemble it themselves. To ensure easy assembly for the customer, we designed the parts and bolt positions with this in mind.
