Surface combustion infrared burner "Apollo-Ray (AR) burner"
A structure that can withstand thermal shock after repeated ignitions, secured with a rigid support (grid)!
The "Apollo-Ray (AR) Burner" is a surface combustion infrared burner. The body is covered with ceramic fibers to prevent the heat from the emitter from transferring to it, providing thermal insulation and allowing it to withstand higher temperature environments. All components are made of stainless steel, offering excellent heat and chemical resistance. It is a burner with a flat combustion surface, allowing it to be used close to the product. 【Features】 ■ The burner output is approximately 65% IR and 35% convective heat. ■ The emitter temperature can reach 1700°F (927°C) during high combustion. ■ The burner is designed to operate with 19.3% oxygen in air/gas supply. ■ With no backfire, the turndown ratio is 2.5:1. ■ It can withstand continuous use in environments of 426°C. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
