Back-illuminated sCMOS camera Dhyana 400BSI
A high-resolution sCMOS camera equipped with a back-illuminated sensor featuring a quantum efficiency of up to 95%. Ideal for microscopy imaging, such as ultra-high-resolution microscopes.
【Pixel correction and accurate quantitative analysis through DSNU/PRNU calibration】 The Dhyana 400BSI is calibrated for DSNU (dark signal nonuniformity) and PRNU (photo response non-uniformity). After calibration, the DSNU value decreases from 0.3e– to 0.2e–, and the PRNU value decreases from 1.6% to 0.3%. This advanced feature makes it suitable for quantitative analysis applications. 【Wide spectral response range and high sensitivity】 Achieving a quantum efficiency of up to 95%, it is sensitive not only in the visible range but also in the ultraviolet and near-infrared.
