Tapered plug/cap
This is the ideal product for protecting tube ends, threads, and ports during shipping and storage. Its tapered design makes it easy to insert and prevents it from falling out. ● Can be used as a cap or plug. ● We stock many sizes for immediate delivery.
EPDM cap
It has excellent chemical resistance and can withstand temperatures up to 177°C. It can be used repeatedly for masking and finishing. ● It can withstand the most severe chemicals used in the plating process, making it ideal for plating. ● Custom sizes are also available.
EZ Tab Cap

Pipe Cap M43 Series

The eldest son has a hard head. (SR1802 series) Material is low-density polyethylene. The shape is a bag nut type. It is rigid. The second son is tall and lanky. (Bolt nut cover BN series) Material is polyvinyl chloride. For when the bolt sticks out too high after tightening the nut. The third son has not debuted yet. (This is a new release) (Bag nut cover FN series "Mother") Material is polyvinyl chloride. The shape is the same as the bag nut. It is soft and sufficiently weather-resistant.
Silicone cap
It can be safely used at extremely high temperatures of up to 232°C, with a shape specifically designed for powder coating and "E" coating finishing systems. ● It is reusable. The number of uses varies depending on the usage temperature. ● There is no bleeding of coloring agents at high temperatures. ● It does not harden or crack.
Square-shaped cap FT・FTM series
Made of flexible PVC, it can be quickly installed and also has excellent insulation properties. Screw Cap SC Series
It is compatible with UNF and UNJ screws for aerospace and space equipment. The inside of the cap is also threaded, allowing for a tight seal. The ribs on the entire outer surface of the cap are designed for easy gripping. ● Size types: 7 types from 3/8-24 SAE to 1-1/16-12 SAE ● Color is blue, material is LDPE.
Bag Nut Cap SR1802 Series
It is attached to a standard hex bolt and nut to create a state similar to a cap nut. It is used for PL measures, injury prevention, and cosmetic purposes. It is designed to fit JIS sizes. ● Size types: 11 types from M5 to M24 ● M6-M12 are available for immediate delivery from stock in Japan. ● Color is white, and the material is LDPE.
