The transparent PVC two-color cap is formed by dipping materials of different colors in two layers. The two-color cap has a clear appearance that looks good and is recommended.
This is a terminal cap molded in two layers of soft PVC in a clear color. There are many colors available as coloring is easy, and there are also clear colors. We are open to considering new product molding, so please feel free to consult with us.
It is commonly used for tip protection, and caps can be made even for irregular shapes. In some cases, metal products can be directly molded, allowing for compatibility with irregular caps.
Soft PVC irregular caps can be shaped using the metal on the opposite side as a mold. The thickness can be controlled and adjusted by managing the dipping time. Since coloring is also easy, we welcome inquiries regarding color options.
The request was for the production of bolt caps made of weather-resistant soft PVC for construction purposes. The bolt caps were designed and manufactured using dip molding.
We have received an order for a large cover made of soft PVC, starting from the construction of a dedicated aluminum mold. We have about three color options in gray. We can also provide samples of colored options, so please feel free to let us know.
We can color the dip materials and accept custom colors for molding. With hardness adjustments and custom colors, we can create truly specialized caps.
Soft PVC can also be adjusted for hardness. High-hardness products are less prone to bending and have less of the characteristic stickiness of PVC. There are applications for grips with hardness close to that of general-purpose plastics.
