Our company, based on the strengths and know-how of the in-flight meal carts developed in collaboration with Japan Airlines from 1986 to 1990, has been applying this technology since 1998 to develop, manufacture, and sell HACCP-compliant reheat carts, as well as warming and cooling carts, which are active in the new cook-chill system (new cooking system) aimed at hospitals, welfare facilities, corporate catering, schools, and more. Meals prepared in the kitchen are plated at the appropriate temperature into lunch boxes and tableware and stored in the cart. The preheated and pre-cooled carts transport the meals to distant locations at the appropriate temperature, and if connected to a power source until the serving time, they can serve as warming or cooling cabinets.
