Our company is a pioneer manufacturer that has been developing, manufacturing, and selling HACCP-compliant reheating carts utilizing the strengths and know-how of in-flight meal carts developed in collaboration with Japan Airlines from 1986 to 1990, applying this technology since 1998 for hospitals, welfare facilities, corporate cafeterias, schools, and more with the new cook-chill system. This system contributes to improved efficiency and service through "higher hygiene management," "standardization of cooking processes," "reduction of the number of people before serving," and "timely and appropriate temperature," moving away from the traditional cook-serve method.
Currently, in preparation for a declining birthrate and aging population, as well as a decrease in the labor force, there is an expectation for further efficiency and service improvement by combining with pre-cooked chilled foods. This system is also gaining attention as a means to reduce the risk of infection from pathogens, including the coronavirus.
