It is recommended to the end users to conduct regular inspections every six months to ensure that the lighting used on the emergency runway at the Self-Defense Forces base operates properly in emergencies. Due to the nature of the product, it is often used outdoors, so we installed a waterproof cap on the hole to ensure water resistance. We would like to introduce a case study of an interior design that aims to keep the case compact while protecting the equipment and ensuring smooth movement on-site. In this instance, due to concerns that the heat dissipation plate might deform because of the characteristics of the delivered items, we devised a design that allows for storage of the entire base to prevent deformation. Additionally, anticipating emergencies, we designed it to accommodate up to four batteries, and accordingly, we also included storage space for the AC adapter. 【Overview of the Introduced Product】 <Pelican Air 1507> ■ Since the equipment is lightweight, we want to keep the case weight to a minimum. ■ We selected the robust yet lightweight Pelican Air. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce a case where we received a request to make the case size as compact as possible despite the large size of the equipment. In this instance, we designed it so that the equipment can be stored while still connected to the cables, allowing for immediate use in medical settings. Additionally, to prevent cable breakage when bending and storing, we incorporated a spacious interior design to minimize stress on the cables. Furthermore, we added two large pockets on the lid side for storing supplies, manuals, etc. 【Product Overview】 <Custom-made aluminum case from overseas> ■ The items to be stored are elongated, and a custom case was made as the standard cases did not fit. ■ There was a request to keep costs as low as possible, so we opted for a lower-cost overseas product rather than a domestic one. ■ An original case allows for flexible customization. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
