This is a case study of a custom case designed with holes on the sides to allow the power cable to pass through, in order to eliminate the hassle of taking it out of the case and setting it up during use. It is intended for people who use drones for surveying and inspecting buildings outdoors, assuming they will analyze data on-site. A sliding cover is installed on the top of the lid to seal the holes when not in use. Since the device generates heat inside the case, mesh holes were added to the case to allow for heat dissipation. 【Product Overview】 <Case made by Hishimetal> ■ A special mechanism is required to slide the lid while keeping the case closed, and since existing manufacturer cases cannot be modified, a custom-made case was produced in-house. ■ The exterior material needed to have strength due to the multiple holes being drilled into the case, and since the customer's desired color matched the device's black color, black Hishimetal was selected. *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce a case where we received a request to make the case size as compact as possible despite the large size of the equipment. In this instance, we designed it so that the equipment can be stored while still connected to the cables, allowing for immediate use in medical settings. Additionally, to prevent cable breakage when bending and storing, we incorporated a spacious interior design to minimize stress on the cables. Due to the nature of the product, it is often used outdoors, so we installed a waterproof cap on the hole to ensure water resistance.
