Mechanical cleaning of heat exchangers (spin brushing cleaning method)

"Spin brushing cleaning" is a mechanical cleaning method that removes scale from the inner surface of small tubes using a flexible wire shaft. The cleaning device is very compact and does not require a large space like a jet vehicle. Various cleaning tools can be attached to the tip of the shaft, and cleaning water is sprayed from the center of the shaft, while the cleaning tools rotate to remove dirt from the inner surface of the small tubes through friction.
